Legal address and contact person services

Companies operating in Estonia are required to have a local business address. Rödl & Partner OÜ offers our clients the possibility to use our legal address – Tartu mnt 13, Tallinn 10145 – as the legal and postal address of the client’s company.

The address service includes:

Provision of a legal address to the client’s company in Tallinn city centre,
A mailbox for receiving the client’s incoming mail,
Forwarding of the client’s incoming mail to the client either digitally or by post as per agreement with the client.

If the management of the company is located outside of Estonia, it is also obligatory to designate a contact person to whom the procedural documents of the company and the declarations of intent addressed to the company can be delivered in Estonia. Therefore, Rödl & Partner also offers contact person services in accordance with the Commercial Code. The service is intended for those Estonian companies whose management board or a body substituting therefor is located in a foreign state. The designated contact person shall be deemed to be the first point of contact in communications with all authorities.

Rödl & Partner OÜ holds an activity license no. FIU000129 for the provision of trust and company services. The address and contact person services are provided in accordance with valid legislation and quality requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
