Welcome to our new office

The office has been awarded the environmentally friendly Green Office certificate by the Estonian Environmental Management Association, and the entire team is committed to recycling. This led to the idea of putting the office furniture into reuse at the beginning of this year. The environmentally conscious company, adhering to the principles of a green office, chose the new office space not only for its convenience but also based on environmental conservation principles.

The construction of the Maakri 23A building follows the requirements of the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment's Environmental Assessment Method) certificate. BREEAM is an environmental assessment method with predefined criteria to assess a building's properties, design, construction, and use. Assessments are conducted based on various categories and criteria, covering energy, water usage, indoor environment (health and well-being), pollution, transportation, materials, waste, ecology, and management processes.

Our new working environment is environmentally friendly in every aspect and fully supports the company's green mindset.

Maakri HUB is located in the heart of Tallinn's business center. The building's closest neighbors include the most modern high-rise buildings in the city center: Tornimäe Business Center, Maakri Quarter, SEB headquarters, Radisson Blu Sky Hotel, and City Plaza. The excellent location of the building ensures convenient access from Tartu Road, Narva Road, and Liivalaia Street.
